After two years at McGill, I spent the next twenty in a family-run real estate and construction business.  In 1979 I started up my own general contracting firm while still finding time to be the Chairman of the Construction Committee for the new Adath Israel Synagogue in Hampstead.  In 1981 I shifted gears, going into the fast food business and as franchisor, built the chain to include six restaurants.

I am married to my second wife, Litsa and act as a consultant in all phases of real estate development, property management and construction.
