After graduation I attended Macdonald College and graduated as a primary school teacher.  I married Marvin Kasner in 1959.   We have a son Brian and a daughter Lisa and five grandchildren.

I am involved with Hope and Cope - a support group for cancer patients and their families.  I volunteer at the Jewish general Hospital in the oncology department.

I love to exercise, play bridge, golf, bike and attend lectures and book reviews.
