Born March 17, 1941 in Slovakia.  Arrived in Montreal April 1950.  Attended Edward VII elementary school.  Attended high school at Yeshiva Gedola Merkaz Hatorah until grade 11 when I transferred to Outremont High.  Graduated McGill Dental School in 1964, started private practice in Sept 1964 and I still enjoy dentistry after 42 years.

Married Bonnie Rudner in August 1966.  We have four sons aged 38, 35, 33 and 28.  The three eldest are married and we have 9 grandchildren.

I enjoy exercising and working out at the Nautilus Club, playing tennis and traveling.  Bonnie is the manager of HIV laboratories at the Jewish General Hospital, McGill Aids Centre.  She also runs an event planning company, Symposium Sida.

The past few years we have had the satisfaction of visiting Israel annually where I have volunteered in a Children’s dental clinic located in Jerusalem.

I hope to continue to do this in the coming years.
