After high school graduation, I attended Sir George William’s University, Montreal, Canada for one semester.  I then moved to the U.S.A. and received an A.A.S. degree at New York Community College in 1962.  I worked part time and attended Hunter College in the evenings.  Eventually, I transferred as a full time student at Hunter College; graduated with  B.S. in Chemistry.  I took several graduate courses in chemistry at Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute and shortly after, obtained a position with M&T chemicals in Rahway, New Jersey as an analytical Chemist.  The company’s name was change to  Atochem Inc.  I worked with this company for 25 1/2 years and took ssecond position with AKZO Nobel Inc. for 13 years.  I recently retired in May 2005.

I married Rose Fox from Vineland, New Jersey on November 19, 1972.  We have three children, Martin, age 32; Mark, age 29 and Sarah, age 24.  Martin and Mark both work together and are Computer Engineers while Sarah is finishing her Masters Degree in Elementary Education and will graduate in May.

During my spare time, I enjoy reading and researching about Archeology and Biblical Jewish studies.  I also enjoy gardening during the summer and am working to help establish a Chabad center in Monroe Township, New Jersey where I also volunteer.
