The direction of my life was shifted drastically by my moving to New York in the early 1960’s. I went to NYC to learn the communication skills which I’ve used throughout my professional life, most recently as partner and VP Communications for a new venture. I left that position for one of the most engrossing and fascinating so far … wife of a Canadian Senator. In between, I was a copywriter in New York, Copy Chief of a large Canadian advertising agency, President of Women’s Federation of AJCS (now Federation CJA), and President of the Jerusalem Foundation of Canada. I’ve sat on boards of various not-for-profits including (currently) the Executive of Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal and my new ‘hat’ has led me into the presidency of the Liberal Partners Association, the organization that makes Ottawa a home-away-from-home for the partners of Liberal Parliamentarians.
I have a wonderful husband, Yoine Goldstein (the guy who caused the latest alteration in my career path), I gave birth to two astonishing children (my opinion, of course) Doron now 35 and a New York IP lawyer, Dahna, 33, a Washington D.C. entrepreneur, I’m still writing, publishing occasionally, cooking, traveling and taking zillions of digital photographs to memento-ize all the trivia of my life. So if anyone’s interested … ;-))
What fun!
You guys are doing a fabulous job. Can't wait!!
