After graduating from Outremont High, I attended McGill University for one year and then MacDonald College. I taught for the Protestant School board for 5 years - Fairmont School, Edward the 7th School and Town of Mount Royal High School - Math and French. At the same time I managed to get my Bachelor of Arts degree from Sir George Williams College in 1963. I married Jerry, an American Optometrist in June of 1964 and moved to Plattsburgh, N.Y.
I was the French teacher in a local high school for a while, and then resigned to bring up our 2 children. Wendy, a lawyer, lives in So. Burlington with her lawyer husband and two boys. Jeffrey, our son, is a physician (pathologist) and lives in Marshfield, Wisconsin with his editor, tech writer wife.
For the next 10 years or so, I kept busy substitute teaching, home teaching, tutoring, doing French Immersion grades five and six at the College Campus School, and getting my Master of Science Degree in Education with New York State certification.
I even taught sophomore English in a private Catholic high School - Mount Assumption Institute and was known as "Sister Resnick" - a little better than "Blockhead!!!"
After teaching for a semester at Clinton Community College - English, I finally landed a full time position in a local high school and taught full time English and French for 17 years retiring in 1997.
Jerry and I enjoy excellent health so far, and have been retired approximately 10 years. We enjoy traveling, wintering in Jupiter, Fl., sailing on Lake Champlain, our grandsons, playing bridge and scrabble.
life is good!!!!
We are excited about the reunion and await it enthusiastically.
With best and warmest regards,

Flipping through the graduate photos I paused at your picture and wondered where you have been these last “few” years. Look forward to catching up in person.
