I would like to thank and congratulate Gerry for a truly amazing job he did with the Outremont Web site.

Could you ever imagine 50 years ago that we could communicate with each other in a split second.  This was accomplished with Gerry’s skill, dedication and hard work.

Speaking for myself, I’ve improved my typing skills a little this past year.  Coming home from the office, I would go directly to the computer and click on Favorite Outremont-High and boom, more interesting bios.

First there was personal 1, then 2 and 3 posted.  Memories, photos now and photos 50s. It was great fun and I’ll miss it.

Perhaps you don’t know this about Gerry Rudy.  Back in high school, he won a nationwide limerick contest put on by Reader’s Digest.  I’ll bet you can’t guess what the prize was?  It was a typewriter and that’s why Gerry is great with the computer, it’s because he can type.
